June 22, the Board of Directors took cognizance and accepted the resignation from the position of director presented
by Mr. Paul Parness.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law 18,046, in the same session we proceeded to
to appoint Mr Phillip Murnane as director to replace Mr Paul Parness.
