ordinary held today, April 27, 2022, this being the first session held after the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated April 21, 2022, where a new board of directors was elected,
proceeded to appoint Mrs. Jade Moore as President of the society and as
Vice-President to Mr. Melvin Wenger Weber.
