both of Law N* 18,045, we communicate to you the following Essential Fact regarding Company
of Infraestructuras de Mercado S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”).
In relation to what was reported by Essential Fact of March 27,
2023, the Board of Directors of the Company held today approved and agreed to disseminate to the market the
Financial Statements of the Company as of March 1, 2023 (as well as the respective report of the
External Audit Company), date from which the legal constitution of the Company took effect
from the division of the Santiago Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange. Copy of the
These Financial Statements are, as of this date, available to shareholders
on the Company’s website, www.sim-santiago.cl. Pursuant to point (s)
of number 4, and in paragraph (i) of number 5, both of point 2.2 A. of Section II of the
