Madam President:
Under Article 9? and second paragraph of the Article
109, both of Law N”*18.045, we communicate to you the following Essential Fact with respect to
Sociedad de Infraestructuras de Mercado S.A. (the “Company”):
(a) That, as you know, at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the
Santiago Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange (the “BCS”) held on 16
June 2022 (the “Board”), it was agreed, inter alia, to split the BCS (the “Division”),
constituting from it the Company, maintaining the BCS as a continuation.
The Division and amendments of statutes of the BCS agreed at the Board –and,
consequently, the constitution of the Society — were subject to certain
suspensive and copulative conditions, which, once fulfilled, will allow the
Division is materialized and begins to take effect.
(b) That, with this date, the Company, together with the 48,000,000 shares into which its

share capital, have been registered with the BCS. With the registration of the Society and its
actions in the BCS has been fulfilled the last of the conditions to which
the Division and amendments to the BCS statutes agreed at the Meeting were subject.
We will send you, within the period provided by General Standard No. 30, a copy
of the registration certificate issued by the BCS.
That, on the occasion of the above, with this date, the BCS has granted a public deed
of materialization of the Division. This public deed, provided for in the Meeting, accounts for
compliance with those suspensive and copulative conditions, with which the
Division, the constitution thereof of the Society and other amendments to the statutes
of the BCS approved at the Board have full legal effect as of today,
1? March 2023.
That the aforementioned 48,000,000 shares may be officially listed on the BCS
of March 15, 2023.

(e) Finally, which, as disseminated by the BCS through Essential Fact of this
On the same date, the latter shall inform its shareholders in due course–by means of the
Publication of a notice in the electronic journal www.latercera.com and sending of a letter
certified — on the date and other terms of the physical delivery of the shares of the
Company to the shareholders of the BCS.
