By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph 2? of Law No.
18.045, and in General Standard No. 30 of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance (today
Commission for the Financial Market – “CMF”), I hereby inform you of the following fact:

That in ordinary meeting of the board of directors held on March 29, 2023, Mr. Luis Manuel Eusebio
Iñigo presented his resignation from the position of general manager of the Company, effective as of Monday, 3
April 2023. The unanimity of the directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Eusebio Iñigo,
thanking their commitment, dedication and the excellent work developed during these years.
In her replacement, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mrs. Ana as the new general manager of the Company.
Claudia Contreras Maldonado, with all the powers inherent to the position, as of Monday, 3
April 2023.
