on Securities Markets, and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the
Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Financial Market, informed
You as an essential fact, the following:
That, with this date, the Exempt Resolution N* 2278 of the General Directorate of
Concessions, Ministry of Public Works, through which the Commissioning is authorized
Provisional of all the works of the Concession Contract called “Concession”
Américo Vespucio Oriente, Section: Av. The Leap – Prince of Wales”.
The Provisional Commissioning of the works entitles the Company to exploit the services
basic and special mandatory established in the Bidding Rules of the Contract
Concession, as well as the collection of the respective rates.
