By virtue of the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of Law No. 18,045
on Securities Markets, and the provisions of General Standard N? 30 of the
Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you
as an essential fact. The following:
That, with this date, Supreme Decree N* 43.251 of the
Ministry of Public Works, dated January 31, 2022, through which the Agreement is approved
Ad-Referendum N? 1 of the Concession Contract of the Fiscal Public Works called “Concession
Américo Vespucio Oriente, Section: Av. The Leap – Prince of Wales”, whose scope and content was
duly and duly informed to that Commission through our letter GG-CMF AVO/003/2021
of the ANT.
