By public deed dated November 15, 2022, the Company entered into a contract of
financing with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, consisting of the opening of a line of credit
non-rotating, for up to the sum of 600,000 Development Units (the “Financing Contract”)
On December 15, 2023, having complied with each and every one of the
conditions required in the Financing Contract, the first disbursement has been made with
charge this, for an amount of 286,748 Development Units, due on October 20,
2033, and that it will accrue a variable interest rate that will automatically adjust at the end of
each interest period, and which will be equal to the result of adding: /a/ the TAB UF Rate in force at the beginning
of each interest period; plus /b/ the respective variable rate applicable margin, according to these
terms are defined in the Financing Agreement.
