In accordance with the provisions of article 9% and second paragraph of article 10% of the
Law N* 18,045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the Character Standard
General N* 30 of that Commission, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors, I inform
you as an Essential Fact that, with this date, the Board of Directors of the company
learned that Mr. Enrique Méndez Velasco will leave his position as Manager
General, as of December 23, 2022.
The Board of Directors took the opportunity to thank and recognize Mr.
Méndez in Túnel San Cristóbal highlighting his contribution to society, in the period
in which he served as General Manager, who will also continue to provide
services to the company as an advisor to the Board of Directors.
Finally, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors appointed as General Manager
Interim to Mr. Felipe Mena Muñoz, RUT N* 15.636.090-2, who will assume his functions
as of December 23, 2022.
