From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9% and
109 paragraph 2% of Law NO 18.045, and General Rule NO 30, and in
relationship with Circular N01.737, all of that Commission for the Financial Market,
and being duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you in the capacity of
Essential Fact the following:
That at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company
Concesionaria Túnel El Melón 11 S.A. held on April 25, 2023,
appointed new Board of Directors of the Company for a period of three years
by Mr. Andrés Elgueta Gálmez, Mr. Fernando Elgueta Gálmez, Mr. José Francisco
Cerda Taverne and Oscar Armando Ormeño Novoa, as principal conductors and, as
their respective alternates, Mr. Héctor Elgueta Gálmez, Mr. Enrique Elgueta
Gálmez, Sergio Julio Correa Del Río and Pablo Sanhueza Rahmer.
That in a session held on April 25,
2023, following the aforementioned Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting,
constituted the new Board of Directors, and was elected and appointed as President of the
Company to Don José Francisco Cerda Taverne, who being present,
He accepted the position by entering to perform it immediately
