By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 9, Article 10 paragraph
20 of Law 18,045, and the provisions of General Rule No. 30, of the Commission for the
Financial Market (hereinafter CMF), we communicate to you the following Essential Fact of
“SOCIEDAD CONCESIONARIA SAN JOSÉ-TECNOCONTROL S.A.” hereinafter indistinctly
the “Concessionaire Company”.
On April 26 of this year, this Concessionaire Company has agreed to
by means of an ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the renewal of the Board of Directors, which from this
date is composed of the following persons Mr. Jacinto Ray González, Mr. Jose L. González
Rodriguez, Mrs. Estela Amador Barciela, Mr. Jose Márquez Marroquí and Mr. Víctor Ríos Salas. The
Directors mentioned above will remain in office for the next statutory period.
