In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18,046 and General Standard No. 364 of 05
May 2014 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors,
I hereby agree to communicate to you the following as a fact essential to the
Sociedad Concesionaria Salud Siglo XXI S.A. (the “Company”):
On April 28, 2022, at 12:00 noon, the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of
the Company, with the appearance of all the shareholders of the same, adopting the
following agreements:
One.- The approval of the Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the Company of
External Audit corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021.
Two.- The shareholders unanimously agreed not to distribute any dividend.
Three.- Revoke the previous Board of Directors, designating for the corresponding statutory period the following

Six.- To approve the resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors relating to the operations related to the
period.
