and in General Rule No. 30 dated November 10, 1989 of the Superintendence
of Securities and Insurance, being duly authorized by the Board of Directors, and being within the deadline

Sociedad Concesionaria Región Sur S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), which on this date, was held
the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company with the attendance of all the shareholders of
The same, adopting unanimously the following agreements:
One.- Approval of the Report, Balance Sheets and Statements of Profit and Loss and Report of the
External Auditors for the year ended December 31, 2022.
Two.- The shareholders have agreed not to distribute any dividend.
Three.- Ratification of the members of the Board of Directors appointed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
dated May 26, 2022, therefore, the Board of Directors has been composed of the following

its terms.
