From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, as well as
in General Rule No. 2 30 of 10 November 1989 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, hereby and within the deadline for it, we comply with
communicate to you, as an essential fact of Sociedad Concesionaria Red Maule S.A. (in
hereinafter, the “Company”), the following:
That, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 24, 2023, it was proceeded in
the same act, to the total renewal of the Directory, re-electing Mr. Purificación Torreblanca
García, Wei Li and Lei Liu, and appointing as new members Ignacio Aguirre Durán and
Xin Zhang, all of whom will serve as directors and remain in their functions
for 3 years counted from April 24 of the current year, and must be renewed in its entirety
at the end of said period, without prejudice to the fact that its members may be re-elected indefinitely.
By virtue of the foregoing, as of April 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company has been
