in General Rule No. 30 of 10 November 1989 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, hereby and within the deadline for it, we comply with
communicate to you, as an essential fact of Sociedad Concesionaria Red Maule S.A. (in
hereinafter, the “Company”), the following:
That, at the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 30
of 2022, he realized that, as of October 31, 2022, he will cease in the position of Manager
General of the Company Mr. José Ignacio Aguirre Durán, appointing himself as the new General Manager
of the same to Mr. Cristián Andrés Encalada Vidal, who will assume his position from the day 1 of
November 2022.
