Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform you,
as a material fact, that on May 2, 2023, the Company will

made the full payment of the last installment of the amounts due under the
Senior Financing Agreement executed by public deed dated as of December 6, 2005.
August 2015, under file No. 22.139-2015 of the Notary of Santiago de
Eduardo Avello Concha, as amended, and by virtue of the
VAT financing entered into by public deed dated August 6, 2005.
2015, under file No. 22.140-2015 of the Santiago Notary Office of Mr. Eduardo
Avello Concha, as amended (the “Financing Agreements”).
