Essential Fact of SOCIEDAD CONCESIONARIA NUEVO CAMINO NOGALES –
PUCHUNCAVÍ S.A. (the “Company”):
In an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Mr. Raúl Vitar Fajre has
presented his resignation from the position of general manager of the Company, to assume
new functions within the ALEATICA Group.
In his replacement, the Board of Directors of the Company has unanimously agreed to appoint
to whom he subscribes as the new general manager of the Company, with all the
powers inherent to the position, assuming as of today.
