By means of the hereby, being duly empowered and giving fulfillment to the prescribed in the
Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, I communicate to you with
of “Essential Fact”, that on April 20, 2022, the Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, in which the following resolutions were adopted:
1.Se approved the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements completed as of December 31,
2021, and the situation of the company and the Report of the External Auditors.
2.Se approved the result of the year and dividend policy, determining not to distribute the
Liquid profit of the exercise.
3.Se the entire Board of Directors was renewed for the next statutory period – without prejudice to
proceed with the total renewal in advance in the cases provided for by the statutes-, being
elected as Directors of the company:

6.Se unanimously agreed to make social publications in the electronic newspaper “El
Counter.”
We inform you that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was attended by 100% of the shares
issued by the Company.

Financial Market copy of the Minutes of this Meeting duly certified.
