Ref.: Informs the call to the Shareholders’ Meeting of Sociedad Concesionaria Intermodal La
Cisterna S.A. (the “Company”).
From our consideration:
By means of the present and in order to comply with the legal norms and
regulations in force, I come to inform you that on April 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
hours, in the offices located at Calle Puerta del Sol N* 55, Comuna de Las Condes; herself
will hold the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Intermodal Concessionaire La
Cisterna S.A., which will rule on the following matters:
1) Approve the Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements and Report of the Auditors
External of the year ended December 31, 2022.
li) Agree on the destination of the results of the year 2022; Statement of the policy of
: dividends of the Company and the procedure to be used in the payment thereof;
(li) Determination of board remuneration;
(iv) Appointment of external auditors for the financial year 2023;
v) Designation of the newspaper in which the 2023 social publications will be made;
(vi) Information on transactions with related persons; and

vi) Other matters that in accordance with the law and the statutes are proper to a meeting
ordinary shareholders.
In accordance with current regulations, we present that as of April 4, 2023 (i)
we will publish the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022 on the company’s website.
