In accordance with the provisions of Circulars N ” 364 and N? 30, all of this Commission, through
We hereby inform you that in which the board of directors of the company of reference agreed to quote
a Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held at Los Leones N* 220, office 806, commune of
Providencia, Santiago, on April 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to deal with own matters
of this type of joints, that is, the following:
1.- Examination of the situation of the company and the reports of the external auditors, and the
Approval or rejection of the company’s report, balance sheet, and financial statements.
2.- Distribution of final dividends.
3.- Account of the agreements relating to operations carried out by the Company to which it refers
Article 44 of Law No. 18,046.
4.- Election of the Board of Directors.
5.- Remuneration of the Board of Directors.
6.- Appointment of external auditors for the year 2023.
7.- Designation of journal for publications.
In addition, we inform you that:
e Holders of shares registered in the Registry shall have the right to participate in this Meeting.
of Shareholders on the fifth business day prior to April 28, 2023.
e The company has been confirmed in advance the attendance of 100% of the shareholders
to the aforementioned meeting and, in accordance with the provisions of article 60 of the Companies Law
Anonymous, the publications of summons notices have been omitted on this occasion.
e In accordance with the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, we do
present to you that we have published the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022
in the electronic newspaper El Mostrador and we have sent to that Commission via SEIL, a copy
of the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2022, which will also be at
disposal of shareholders and the general public at the registered office of the Company. The
