Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and 10% of Law 18,045, I inform you, in
character of “Essential Fact”, which by Supreme Decree N*248, issued on 7 of
December 2021 through the Ministry of Public Works and entered into the Comptroller’s Office
General of the Republic and taking of reason dated March 15, 2022, and published in
the Official Journal dated April 20, 2022, the following has been formalized.
It is modified for reasons of public interest, the characteristics of the works and services that
indicates the concession contract for the fiscal public works called “Programa de
Concessions of Penitentiary Infrastructure Group 2″, and the Ad Agreement has been approved.
– Referendum N*3, in the sense that the area will be incorporated into the current concession area
annexed corresponding to the Concepción Penitentiary Compliance Center.
This modification of the concession contract of the Concession Program of
Prison Infrastructure Group 2, is relevant to investment decisions that
adopt the institution, in relation to its financial situation, its obligations, therefore,
in accordance with the provisions of General Rule N*30 of your Commission for the
Financial Market, must be reported as an Essential Fact by this Company
Dealership.
