In accordance with the provisions of the Bidding Rules of the concession contract for the Work
Public Fiscal called “International Concession Route 5 Section Los Vilos – La Serena”, is
informs that, on December 15, 2022, the term of the first concession has expired
awarded to Sociedad Concesionaria del Elqui S.A. by means of award decree N* 164 of the
Ministry of Public Works, dated 20 February 1997,
