adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the hereby, being duly empowered and giving fulfillment to the prescribed in the
Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045, I communicate to you as
“Essential Fact”, that on April 20, 2022, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held
of the Company, in which the following agreements were adopted:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements completed as of December 31 were approved.

issued by the Company.
