MAT: Informs, as an Essential Fact, summons to ordinary meeting
of shareholders.
From our consideration:
On behalf of the Concessionaire Company CHEC Embalse Las Palmas S.A., Rol Único
Tax N” 76.882.491-6, hereinafter also the “Company”, and being duly found
empowered, I come to inform, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 “and 10” of Law No. 18,045
on the Securities Market and General Rule N*364 of the Commission for the Market
Financial that, in a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 31, it was agreed to convene
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., in the offices
social located at Avenida Presidente Kennedy N*5735, Torre Poniente, Office N*1602, commune
de Las Condes, Santiago de Chile, Metropolitan Region.
The above, in order for shareholders to be informed and pronounce on the
following matters:
A. Examination of the Company’s situation and the report of the external audit firm and
the approval or rejection of the report, the balance sheet, the financial statements of the
Company for the year ended December 31, 2022;
B. Resolve the destination of the Company’s profits for the year ended
as of December 31, 2022;
Board Renewal;
Appointment of External Auditors of the Company;
Account of Board agreements to approve operations with related persons;
Journal designation for social publications;

Any other matter that is of social interest and of competence of ordinary meeting.
All documents substantiating the various options to be put to the vote will be
delivered to shareholders prior to the holding of the Meeting and, in addition, are
at your disposal at the offices of the Company.
