“Society”, and being duly empowered, I come to inform,
In accordance with the provisions of article 9% and second paragraph of article 10 * of the
Law N*18.045 in relation to Section II, numeral 2.2 of the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market that:
– On February 20, it was held between Sociedad Concesionaria
CHEC Embalse Las Palmas S.A. and China Harbour Engineering
Company Ltd. (majority shareholder of the Company), a credit agreement that
consists of a Revolving Line of Credit up to the amount of USD
6,000,000.-, under the conditions and for the period indicated in the aforementioned
contract;
– the corporate authorizations necessary for the conclusion and subscription of the
Credit Agreement and other necessary documents were granted at the Meeting
