By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 9, Article 10 paragraph 22 of the
Law 18.045, and the provisions of General Standard No. 30, we communicate to you the following
Essential Fact of the Company “Sociedad Concesionaria Centro de Justicia de Santiago S.A.” in
forward indistinctly the “Society”.
I inform you that at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, dated July 25, 2022,
agreed to the distribution of eventual dividends, charged to profits accumulated up to
Fiscal year ended December 31, 2021, indicated for the amount of up to $1,320,910,311
(one thousand three hundred and twenty million, nine hundred and ten thousand three hundred and eleven Chilean pesos), charged to
the accumulated earnings account for the year ended December 31, 2021, which
represents a dividend of $1,321 per share, to be paid as of the date of the Meeting
from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., at the offices of the company located in Cerro El Plomo number
five thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, fifteenth floor, commune of Las Condes. To shareholders who
