By means of the present and in order to comply with the provisions of article 63 of the Law
N” 18.046, I have come to inform you that on July 25, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of the
society, located in Cerro El Plomo number five thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, fifteenth floor,
commune of Las Condes, city of Santiago will be held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
of the Sociedad Concesionaria Centro de Justicia de Santiago S.A., which will rule on the
Distribution of eventual dividends of the company.
Finally, taking into consideration that all the shareholders of the company have
committed to their attendance at the aforementioned Meeting, the summons formalities will be omitted.
