By means of the present and in order to comply with the provisions of article 63 of the
Law N* 18,046, I have come to inform you that on April 29, 2022 at 9.00 am, in the offices

It shall rule on the following matters:
1) Memory, Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Reports of the External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021;
2) Distribution of profits for the year ended December 31, 2021;
3) Appointment of the Board of Directors
4) Appointment of External Auditors
5) Information on Board resolutions related to acts and contracts governed by the
Article 44 of Law 18,046; and
6) Other matters within the competence of the aforementioned Board.
Finally, taking into consideration that all the shareholders of the company have
committed to their attendance at the aforementioned Meeting, the summons formalities will be omitted.
