From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, in articles 9 “and 10% second paragraph of the Securities Market Law and 63* of the Securities Market Law
Corporations, I inform you as an essential fact of the following:
On March 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Nueva Vespucio Sur
S.A. (the “Company”), agreed to summon the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 20, 2022, at
10:00 hours, in the offices of ta Sociedad located in General Prieto Street N * 1430, commune of
Independencia, Santiago, in order to submit to the consideration of the shareholders the
following matters:
to. Approval of the balance sheet, financial statements and reports of external auditors for the
year ended 31 December 2021;
b. Distribution of profits for the year and, in particular, the dividend distribution policy.
c. Appointment of External Auditors.
d. Report of resolutions of the Board of Directors relating to acts and contracts of the Company subject to article 44
of the Law of Corporations.
e. Appointment of the members of the Board of Directors for the next period.
f. Determination of the newspaper in which the Society will make its publications.
9. Other matters of social interest that are legally within its competence.
Those shareholders who are registered in the Register of
Shareholders five working days in advance of their date of celebration.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, will be made on the same day and place of the Meeting, at the time at which
must be started.
