By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9%, and paragraph 2″ of the article
10%, both of Law No. 18,045, of the Securities Market and, of numeral 2.2 of Section Il of the
General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform the
Next essential fact:
On August 25, 2022, the resignation of the titular director Mr. Ricardo has become effective
Szlejf, and his deputy, Mrs. Caroline Carlos. Consequently, and by virtue of article 32, final paragraph
of the Law on Corporations, will proceed to the total renewal of the Board of Directors in the next
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Directors has appointed as director
replacing Mrs. Mariana Nishimura.
