the fiscal public work “Acceso Norte a Concepción”.
At the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on December 23, 2022, it was agreed
To approve the distribution of a provisional dividend N*2 of $4,800,000,000.- charged to the profits of the fiscal year.
Corresponding CICIO, available for payment from December 29, 2022. They shall have the right to
bir the Dividend the shareholders of the Company who appear registered in the Register of Shareholders on the fifth day
business prior to the date established for payment.
