From our consideration:
As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Itata S.A. (the “Company”):
In relation to what was previously reported by the Company in “Essential Fact” of June 17, 2022 through
letter GG ANC N*012/2022, we inform that on October 14, 2022, the Decree was published in the Official Gazette
Supreme MOP N” 107 that “Accepts revision of the formula of readjustment of the Tariff System and the term of the
Concession, of the fiscal public works called “North Access to Concepción” and approves the Ad-
Referendum No. 3 establishing the terms and conditions for its implementation.
As indicated in said Supreme Decree MOP N*107, within 10 working days from its publication-
3 transcripts thereof shall be notarised by the Company as a sign of
acceptance of its contents, having to record a copy, and then send that documentation to the
Ministry of Public Works.
