As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors on April 14, 2023, it was agreed to convene an Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company for April 28, 2023, to be held from 10:00 a.m., in Rosario
Norte N*100, office 902-904, Las Condes; which will have as its object to know and pronounce on the following
matters:
1. Approval or rejection of Report, Financial Statements and Report of external audit company
corresponding to the financial year from 1* January to 31 December 2022.
Designation of external audit firm for the financial year 2023.
Determination of the newspaper in which the citation notices will be published.
Report on related operations as established by the Law of Corporations.
Renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Other matters of social and common interest
