From our consideration:
As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
In relation to what was previously reported by the Company in “Essential Fact” of February 3, 2023
by letter GG N* 059, we inform that on March 31, 2023, the Decree was published in the Official Gazette.
Supreme MOP N*30 that “Modifies, for reasons of public interest, the characteristics of the works and services
that indicates the concession contract of the fiscal public works called “Concession Route 5 Section Santiago-
Los Vilos’ and approves Ad-Referendum Agreement N*10″.
As indicated in said Supreme Decree MOP N?*30, within 10 working days from its publication-
3 transcripts thereof shall be notarised by the Company as a sign of
acceptance of its contents, having to record a copy, and then send that documentation to the
Ministry of Public Works.
