As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
In relation to the controversy reported by this Company through Essential Fact of May 25, 2022
(letter GG N*393/2022), we comply with informing that, the H. Conciliation Commission of the Concession Contract of
the Public Works “Route 5 Section Santiago – Los Vilos” formulated a conciliation proposal to put an end to
definitive to the controversy labeled “Claim for Collection of Restitutory Compensation for Assumptions
Overpayments”, relating to the Road Safety Award (PSV) and the Guaranteed Minimum Income (IMG)
established in the Concession Agreement, the effects of the PSV derived from the Ad-Referendum Agreement n28, and
instructions given by the Fiscal Inspector of the Concession Contract (official letter Ord. N2955 of April 2022)
relating to such dispute. This conciliation proposal was accepted in full and definitively by the
of the Company and the Ministry of Public Works, definitively terminating the dispute.
