From our consideration:
As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
On February 3, 2023, the Company signed a Mutual Agreement with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones and
Opening of Financing, for a total of UF 5,580,000 for capital. Additionally, he considered
an Opening of Financing for up to UF 800,000 in order to cover the issuance of Guarantee Slips
in favour of the MOP. This contract also contains guarantees, and various obligations customary for this type
of financing.
Additionally, and with this same date, Termination and Settlement documents were signed, and
Lifting, Termination and Cancellation of Guarantees with ltaú CorpBanca and Banco de Chile, related to Contract
of Financing subscribed by the Concessionaire on November 8, 2021, which was reported as
essential fact with letter GG N*00625/2021 of November 9, 2021.
