As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
Today the General Directorate of Public Works of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP), celebrated with the
Company the so-called “Ad-Referendum Agreement N*10 of the Concession Contract for Fiscal Public Works
called “Concession route 5, Santiago-Los Vilos section” (hereinafter also Ad-Referendum Agreement
N*10), by virtue of which, for reasons of public interest, the characteristics of works and services are modified.
