From our consideration:
As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
In relation to what was previously reported by the Company in “Essential Fact” of May 12, 2022 through
letter GG N*350/2022, we inform that on October 14, 2022, the Decree was published in the Official Gazette
Supreme MOP N” 101 that “Modifies, for reasons of public interest, the characteristics of works and services
that indicates the concession contract of the fiscal public works called “Concession Route 5 Section Santiago –
Los Vilos” and approves Ad-Referendum Agreement N*9″.
As indicated in said Supreme Decree MOP N*101, within 10 working days from its publication-
3 transcripts thereof shall be notarised by the Company as a sign of
acceptance of its contents, having to record a copy, and then send that documentation to the
Ministry of Public Works.
