From our consideration:
As established in the applicable legislation and in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, in
in my capacity as General Manager and duly empowered to do so, I hereby report the following “FACT
ESSENTIAL” relating to Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista del Aconcagua S.A. (the “Company”):
At the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2022, the
following agreements:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements of the Company and the company’s report of
external audit for the fiscal year from 1? January 31 and December 31
of 2021.
2. Deloitte Auditores y Consultores Ltda. was appointed as an external audit firm for the
Fiscal year 2022.
3. It was approved that the Company’s notices of summons be published in the electronic newspaper “The
Mostrador” and, in the event that this newspaper ceases to exist or be published, in the Official Gazette.
4. The ratification was approved as a final dividend charged to profits according to the year
2021, the Provisional Dividend N*1 adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors at its extraordinary meeting of
October 28, 2021.-
