of General Character No 30 of your Commission, I come to inform you as an essential fact
of Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Central S.A. (“the Company”) which, at the Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, held on August 9, 2022, it was agreed to distribute
Dividends charged to accumulated earnings, at a rate of $586 per share.
