By means of the hereby, being duly empowered and giving fulfillment to the prescribed in the
Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045, I communicate to you as
“Essential Fact”, that on October 3, 2022, the Environmental Assessment Commission of the Region
Metropolitana unanimously qualified the Environmental Qualification Resolution of the
project called Américo Vespucio Oriente Concession, Av. Prince of Wales – The
Presidents.
As soon as we receive the Environmental Qualification Resolution issued, we will complement this
Information to that Commission.
