From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9%, and subsection 2* of the article
10%, both of Law No. 18,045, of the Securities Market and, of numeral 2.2 of Section II of the Standard
of General Character N* 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I inform the following fact
essential:
On August 25, 2022, the resignation of the titular director Mr. Ricardo Szlejf has become effective,
and his deputy, Don Etienne Middleton. Consequently, and by virtue of article 32, final paragraph of the Law
on Corporations, the Board of Directors will be fully renewed at the next meeting
ordinary shareholders. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Directors has appointed as a substitute director.
