10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in General Rule No. 30
of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered to
effect, I inform you as an Essential Fact of Concessionaire Company
Diego Aracena Airport S.A. (“the Society”) that, Mr. Omar Becerra Mella informed the
Chairman of the Board his decision to resign from the position of General Manager of the
Society, resignation that became effective from the same day of its communication.
