effect, I inform you as an Essential Fact of Concessionaire Company
Aeropuerto de Antofagasta S.A. (‘the Society’) which, Mr. Omar Becerra Mella informed to the
Chairman of the Board his decision to resign from the position of General Manager of the
Society, resignation that became effective from the same day of its communication.
