From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10* of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Sociedad Austral de
Transmisión Troncal S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, in a meeting held with
on this date, the Board of Directors agreed to call the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the 28th
of April 2023 and propose to the Board the distribution of a dividend of USD$386.0213403675 for
Action charged to 2022 earnings. The total amount to be distributed by this
concept is USD$2,268,261 and corresponds to 30% of these profits.
