From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Sociedad Austral de
Electricidad S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, in a meeting held with this
date, the Board of Directors agreed to call the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the 28th day
April 2023 and propose to the Board not to distribute dividends, given that the Company had losses
during the financial year 2022.
