Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Article N*9 and second paragraph of the
Article N*10 of the Securities Market Law and General Standard N*30 of
Your Commission, and duly empowered for this purpose, communicate as an Essential Fact
of Sociedad Anónima Viña Santa Rita (the “Company”, the following:
At the Board meeting on February 27, 2023, it was agreed to complement and modify
the Essential Fact dated January 17, 2023, in that the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company cited for the day April 10, 2023 at 3:30 p.m., will be
held at the Viña Santa Rita Auditorium located at Camino Padre Hurtado N*0695,
Alto Jahuel, Commune of Buin, but exclusively in person, so that this
Form shall constitute the single mechanism for participating and voting in it.
With the above, the implementation of technological means to participate and vote is ruled out.

Additionally, the Board of Directors agreed to propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the payment
of the final dividend N935 of $1.9128504609 per share, charged to earnings of
year ended December 31, 2022, to be paid as of April 24, 2022
2023 in favour of shareholders registered in the Register of Shareholders of the
Society, at midnight on April 18, 2023.
