General Character N* 475, as well as with the provisions of paragraph 2.2 of Section
Ill of Commission General Market Standard No. 30
Financial, and being duly empowered to do so, I communicate to you at
essential factual character that, at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company
held on April 19, 2023, it was agreed, among other matters, the following:
1. Appoint the following persons as directors of the company: Ingrid
Yuriko Westermeier Tuki; Josefa Villarroel Muñoz; Claudia Andrea Fernandez
Paoa; Carmen Gloria San Cristobal Gaona and Marcos Tamariki Astete Paoa;
which will exercise their position for a new period of 3 years, that is, until
April 2026.-
2. Appoint as external auditors of the company during the year 2023 the
company HLB Surlatina.
