that Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you, as
essential fact, that in Board meeting held on the 3rd of the month in
course was elected as president of the Board of Agricultural Society and
Services of Isla de Pascua SpA. Ms. Ingrid Yuriko Westermeier Tuki and
as Vice-President Mrs. Josefa Villarroel Muñoz. Having regard to the above,
