General N? 364 and section ll of General Rule 30, both of
that Commission for the Financial Market, we inform you, as
essential fact, which at today’s Shareholders’ Meeting, it was agreed between
other subjects, the following:
1. Appoint as directors of the company the following persons:
(a) Ms. Josefa Villarroel Muñoz
(b) Mr. Reinaldo Patricio Fuentealba Sanhueza
(cc) Ms. Claudia Andrea Fernandez Paoa
(d) Mr. Mark Tamariki Astete Paoa
(e) Ms. Ingrid Yuriko Westermeier Tuki
The directors appointed above will hold office for 3 years, i.e.
that is, until April 2025.
2.- To approve Landa as external auditors of the Company
Auditores SpA, who must provide this service during the year 2022.
